What is a Face To Face Pro Signing Agent?
A Face To Face Pro Signing Agent is a licensed Notary Public that contracts with Face To Face Pro to ensure that loan documents are signed and notarized properly and expediently for our clients.
Why do companies choose to use a signing service?
Face To Face Pro was created to provide the link between lenders and their clients. As more and more companies begin lending nationwide, it makes it impossible to meet with each borrower personally. A Face To Face Pro Signing Agent will travel to the borrower's home or office at a convenient time, ensure that all documents are signed and notarized properly and then return the loan documents promptly.
In what areas are agents needed?
Face To Face Pro is currently seeking qualified notaries in all regions of the United States. We have clients nationwide and continue to receive requests in all parts of the country.
What are the requirements to become a Face To Face Pro Signing Agent?
We are seeking certified Notary Publics with experience in mortgage, title, or escrow. Prior signing experience is preferred. All notaries are required to provide the following:
- Valid proof of United States citizenship or certification to work in the United States.
- Identity verification.
- Valid notary commission.
- Notary bond.
- Errors & Omissions insurance declaration page (If required)
- Executed Face To Face Pro agreement

How do you choose a signing agent for an assignment?
We base our decision on a number of factors including experience, availability, and proximity to the signing location. The most successful agents are those that conduct themselves in a professional, responsible and courteous manner.
How often do you pay?
Face To Face Pro pays immediately upon receiving payment from the customer. In most cases the funds are mailed on the next business day. If direct deposit is selected the transfer is even faster.
Can I work part time?
Yes, in fact most borrowers request appointments in the evening or on weekends. This means that the more flexible the agent is, the more assignments they are likely to receive.
Does Face To Face Pro offer training?
Yes, we believe that ongoing training is beneficial for our agents and helps ensure the highest levels of performance for our clients. Please contact your Face To Face Pro Service Manager for more information.
